NOTICE!!
We started our summer schedule:
Tournaments for June, July and August end at 2:00 PM.
The day started out hot. Unfortunately, that did not describe the fishing activity !!! There were only 35 fish brought to the scales. A total of 54 Lbs which was a drop of 92.88 Lbs from last months tournament held at Kissimmee. Members at the ramp after the weigh-in were calling the lake DEAD Lake Toho.
A discussion and vote regarding the 2010 Classic Lake was conducted.
As result of those discussions and vote it was determined by the club members, that our Classic lake will be Okeechobee utilizing the Okee-Tantie Ramp (North End).
The dates of the Classic are October 23rd & 24th.
With two tournaments to fish, the race for Team Angler of the year, the team of Gauvin and Childers hold a 12 point lead. There is a three team chase for second place with only 10 points separating three teams. The team of Cox & Chaves currently in 2nd place has a 6 point lead over Dial & Dial who are in 3rd place. The team of Stanforth & Reynolds currently in 4th place are only
4 points behind.
Tournament Stats were:
- 8 of 11 Teams weighed in fish.
- There was 6 five fish limit(s)..
- There were 35 fish brought to the scales.
- Total weight was 54 Lbs.
- There was 1 fish caught that weighted 4 Lbs and over.
